This Bristol festival has been running for 16 years. What started as a small vegetarian food festival has evolved into a huge music and alternative culture event. This year Vegfest will be held at Aston Gate stadium, with a live music stages, comedy, dance and performance stages, plus food stalls and talks about alternative health and diet. The event concludes with a large dance party, combined with several after-parties around the city.

Bristol International Jazz and Blues Festival: 15-18 March 2018
From swing to funk, bebop to blues, Gypsy jazz to gospel, soul to rock ‘n roll, Bristol Jazz & Blues Festival never fails to surprise and delight music lovers.
The festival includes Chris Corcoran and his seven-piece band, Enrico Tomasso and his swinging high class quintet, the legendary Big Swing jiving to the Bruce/Illet Big Band, jazz guitarists Martin Taylor and Ulf Wakenius, Cartoon Jazz II, a nostalgic and joyful look back at cartoon soundtracks from the 40’s to the 2000s plus a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Cream’s legendary 1968 ‘farewell’ concert with Cream ’68.
South West Vegan Festival: Sunday 5th March 2018
With over 100 stalls, this large festival promotes vegan food, beauty, clothing, wellness and charities in the Passenger Shed next to Temple Meads: Bristol’s main train station.
The festival aims to promote a vegan diet, sustainability and animal welfare in a positive atmosphere. The festival is open from 10.30-17.00 on Sunday 5th March 2018
